Josh was raised with a work hard attitude and enjoyed fixing and Building from a young age. He has personally built over 130 houses and remodeled countless projects. He enjoys seeing their clients and homes take shape and become the heart of a family, and believes it’s truly about the people! He was lead to construction through working with family at a young age and Auburn Career Center schooling in High school.

Josh’s hobbies are enjoying friends and family for card nights, camp fires and nights out to downtown Cleveland eateries and comedy shows. He also like to think he can Golf too!

Mark grew up involved with residential cleaning and painting, his parents taught him from a young age that hard work pays off. He cultivated his interest while taking the Building and Remodeling course at Auburn Career Center during high school. As he developed the hands-on skills, he found it to be truly satisfying and fulfilling to build something with your own hands and see the enjoyment his customers had once completed.

Mark enjoys spending time with his family, water sports, snowboarding, movies, traveling, Architecture, and Design work.

Meet Tessa, our Office Manager, whose organizational skills play a part in keeping our operations running like a well-oiled machine. Since her incorporation into our team in 2013, Tessa has played a pivotal role in overseeing accounting operations and has adeptly managed and provided significant contributions to our initiatives in Human Resources, Marketing, and Technology. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of our processes, products, and services. Should you contact our office, she will serve as your initial point of communication.

Off the clock, Tessa loves family time, reading, watching Guardians games, and savoring summer days.

John recently brought his 30 plus years of experience to Jemm Construction’s in-house design department. Before starting with us, he was self-employed after honing his skills working for a number of architecture firms specializing in grand manor estates.  A high level of design, inspired by historic precedence, is a hallmark of his work.

While designing custom homes for his clients was a great passion, he also craved the satisfaction of seeing these creations come to life.  Enter Jemm Construction! Now, John not only works with customers to develop their dream home, he is part of the outstanding team that ultimately builds that home.

In his downtime, John finds inspiration while traveling, metal detecting, and volunteering year-round at the St. Bede Parish greenhouse & gardens.  He also serves on the City of Mentor Planning Commission, and the Downtown Willoughby Historic Design Review Board.

The JEMM Construction team philosophy and family atmosphere take the building process to another level by including their clients and trades and vendors as part of the JEMM Family.  Watching JEMM Construction grow over the years to become a recognized leader in the Northeast Ohio construction industry has been very satisfying.

With 40 plus years in the construction industry, Tony has a versatile career background in the building business.  After growing up in his father’s home building company and then receiving his Civil Engineering degree, he began his post college career working on large commercial projects in Florida before returning to Ohio to partner with his dad to run a successful home building company.  Tony approaches a business as a team and manages as a coach.   He has spent the last fifteen years helping to successfully manage and coach the growth of construction industry companies by developing teams into experienced units versatile in multiple areas of construction while preserving customer satisfaction.  His approach and values fit seamlessly with those of the JEMM Team and he is excited to help JEMM Construction continue to grow and reach new heights.

Tony and his wife love to travel, experiencing new restaurants and support their favorite sports teams.  As long as his body holds out, he will continue to enjoy golfing, biking and hiking as well.

Jeramey has over 25 years of painting, maintenance and customer service experience. He has managed the quality of work and repairs on multiple major public housing complexes.

With his experience, he gives the true meaning to the old saying “I have seen and heard it all.” Jeramey applies his years of knowledge in helping assist our project managers and ensuring that our company quality and warranty standards are met.

Jeramey enjoys hanging out with family and good friends. He also loves all things Cleveland Sports and of course the Ohio State Buckeyes.

“Dylan grew up working for a family-owned property management company caring for hundreds of rental properties in Madison Ohio. From new construction to remodeling he has over 15 years of experience. Dylan went to Cleveland State University for Environmental Biology and worked for the Cleveland Metroparks as a field researcher.
Most recently Dylan worked in the aviation industry for several years where he oversaw and participated in the precision repair of gas turbine and jet engine components for major airlines and military customers.
In his free time Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and three children on hikes and in the outdoors. He is very proud to be part of the JEMM Team in bringing high-quality homes to Northeast Ohio!”

Josh Silvis brought his 20 plus years of field experience when he moved to the Estimating/Project Management side at JEMM Construction, LLC. He started in 1997 as a construction Boilermaker and Ironworker after his four-year term in the Marine Corps. His field experience provides him a three-dimensional perspective to our work. The attention and intensity Josh Silvis brings to every project has earned him a reputation as an outstanding Project Estimator.

In his free time, Josh enjoys camping, golf, his kids sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Using her Graphic and Interior Design degrees as well as 30+ years in the industry, Halle helps clients realize their dream homes. “I love the creative open mind of the JEMM team.  That mindset really allows a complete custom experience.” She prides herself on designing to her clients aesthetic and personality rather than a signature look. “The past couple of years have really illustrated how important our surroundings are for overall health and well-being and I truly enjoy helping people find their special vibe.”

Halle has 3 grown children, a love of Bouvier dogs and a husband in the commercial construction industry.  Charitable works are important to her, so among many she’s an old regular of the YMCA Dream House project under the design company Charley’s Loft.  She is also co-founder of the children’s charity Color Your Corner which operated for 20 years organizing designers from all over Ohio and beyond to create dream rooms for kids living with medical challenges.  “I love living a creative life which beyond work extends to gardening, cooking and photography.”

JEMM has teamed up with Realtor, Brady Secre to assist with our new home sales team.

Brady obtained her Real Estate Sales license in 1998. Brady has been a top real estate producer in the Northeastern Ohio Area ever since. In 2004 she joined forces with a local builder and became an expert in new home construction sales, winning multiple awards.

Brady is now proud to be a part of the JEMM Construction team and is looking forward to helping many more people build their dream home. Her unparalleled devotion to her clients and passion for helping others is what sets her apart from the crowd and creates repeat customers and large referral base. “Committed to customer service, I work hard to help my clients accomplish their goals.
